The roar of cannon fire dominated battlefields of the American Revolution. As early as 1775, artillerists trained on the exercise of "Great Guns" in Williamsburg, first under the command of Captain James Innes. Join members of the Williamsburg Independent Company as they demonstrate the loading and firing of a cannon. Experience the sounds and smells of Virginia on the brink of Revolution. Be sure to listen for the sound of American Liberty in the cannon's thunder.
